After all, many towns on High Rock's coast like Daggerfall were founded by seafaring Nords. The Wrothgarian Forest stands out as an area with Nord influence, while Bretons sometimes find themselves with Nordic ancestors. High Rock has a more unique history with Nords, and as a cloudy, more natural and neutral area, fans are more likely to see other Nords and more use of their abilities in High Rock than Hammerfell. That didn't stop skirmishes on the Hammerfell border for many years, with Nords mostly inclined to dislike the country. Their natural resistances to the cold won't really help them. Hammerfell couldn't be more different from Skyrim, as while the latter features beautiful and often snow-capped lands and mountains, Hammerfell is essentially a desert. For example, in Hammerfell, Nords are entirely out of their element. Furthermore, the sense of family may not really be there, as fellow NPCs are likely to be severely limited due to their location. Playing a Nord in The Elder Scrolls 6 will likely still have all the same strength as a great selection for a playable warrior, but they are going to be crippled severely, at least in Hammerfell.
